Eight players from our West Coast Eagles Under 23 State Amateur Team were selected in the All Australian Amateur Team that played the Northern Tasmanian Football League/Northern Tasmanian Football Association combined team in Launceston in October.
North Beach joining an elite group along with Wembley and Mt Lawley in winning four successive A Grade Premierships.
The admittance of Northern Tasmania to the AAFC to play in our interstate football triennial series.
