Clubs were extended permission to visit country clubs at different times during the year; West Perth to Gin Gin, Belmont to Wagin, Victoria Park to Margaret River, CBC to South West, North Fremantle to Narrogin, Midland Junction to Bindoon and Pingelly, Wembley to Corrigin, Claremont-Nedlands to Balingup, Shenton Park to Dalwallinu, Swanbourne to Cuballing, East Perth to Yarloop, Mosman Park to Dumbleyung.

The financial situation at the end of the year was satisfactory, but the coming season promises to be tough with the costs associated with travel to the Carnival in Tasmania.  It would appear that a levy will have to be struck on clubs, while players will asked to contribute towards their expenses.

Honorariums were granted to the Hon. Secretary / Treasurer, assistant Hon. Secretary & assistant Hon. Treasurer, similar to those of the previous year.
