Mr J.L Robson was re-appointed as President, Mr R.C Mattiske elected as Secretary/Treasurer.

Mr W.R Orr was re-appointed as Patron, and continued to have a close association with the WAAFA, was also elected as a member of the Umpires Board.

Messers A. Sandover, J Orr, R.B Henkel, G. Hearn, R. Wilson, T. Dean, J.A Holdcroft, F. Coleman were elected as Vice-Presidents. Mr. A Casper was appointed as the Hon. Auditor. The Protests & Disputes Board Committee elected were Messers R.B Henkel, A.A Moffatt & G. Hearn. Messers R.P Rodriquez & W. Young were elected to join Mr. W.R Orr on the Umpires Board.

The Grounds & Fixtures Committee elected were messers A.C Higgins, V. Bennett & A.D Jones.

Both Old Modernians and Postal Institute were re-admitted to the association to join Commonwealth Bank, Harris Scarf Sandovers, Fogs, University, Fremantle CBC Old Boys and South Perth.

It was resolved that Old Modernians & Postal Institute would pay $3.3.0 ($6.60) nomination fee and that a match fee of 15/- ($2.50) would apply to all clubs per game.

The Perth Suburban Association again invited the WAAFA to a match to be played prior to a Victoria game held on June 22nd and payment was approved of 5/- (50c) and 2/6 (25c) for the boundary umpire & goal umpire respectively. A game was also played as a curtain raiser to a Goldfields match on July 20th.

An invitation from the South Australian Amateur Football Association to participate in the 1936 Carnival was received and after discussion with the WANFL it was accepted.

The cost of 20 persons was estimated at approx. $300 ($600) and a set of jumpers would be $15 ($30). The WAAFA were to be allowed a proportion of any gate proceeds towards their expenses. Both the Victorian & South Australian Leagues agreed to grant financial assistance of up to $100 ($200) to the West Australian & Tasmanian teams. The WANFL offered to donate the set of jumpers.

A person from each club joined a special sub committee to raise finances & generally arrange to tour.

Mr R.B. Henkel provided the Henkel Trophy to the Fairest & Best player for the season, Mr A. Reardon of the Postal Institute Club.

The Sandover Shield was presented to the premiers – a team representing Harris, Scarfe & Sandover – while other teams in the competition finished in the following order, South Perth, Commonwealth Bank, Fremantle CBC Old Boys & Old Modernians.

It was resolved that in future no player shall be qualified to play in the Grand Final match unless he shall have played in at least three games in the first round.

The end of the season Smoke Social was held in the Stirling Institute. The cost to hold the event $2-10-0 ($9) The Swan Brewery made a contribution towards the cost, as did donations from Mr. J.J Monaghan and Mr T. Deans.

Honorariums were granted $10.0.0 ($20) to the Hon. Secretary/Treasurer and $1.1.0 ($2.10) to the Typist for their services.

Thanks were conveyed to Mr A. Casper, the Hon. Auditor for his services to the association.
