At the Annual General Meeting, Mr J.L Robson was re-appointed as President, Mr R.C Mattiske elected as secretary, Mr Higgs as Treasurer, with Mr A. Sandover, Mr J. Orr, Mr B.J Flanagan, Mr R.B Henkel and Mr. G Hearn elected as Vice-Presidents.

Mr J. Orr was re-appointed as Patron, Mr H. Casper appointed as the Auditor.

Old Modernians and Gosnells both withdrew their teams from the association, citing a lack of membership while Hurlingham changed its name to South Perth. Later, Postal institute also withdrew to lack of support. Mt Hawthorn and Wembley applied to join but their applications were not approved.

It was agreed to that another Grounds and Fixtures Committee be formed and Messers Roc, Higgins and Champman were appointed. An Umpires Board of Messers W. Young, W.R Orr and R.P Rodriguez was appointed to handle the sixteen umpires application received, of which four were appointed for the season.

The umpires fees remained at 17/6 ($1.75) and $1.5 ($2.50) for the finals.

A Protests & Disputes Committee was formed comprising of Messers R.B Henkel, G. Hearn and A.A Moffatt. At the end of the season it was reported that 186 players were registered to play and at no time during the season were any reported by umpires for any breach whatsoever.

A match was arranged between the WAAFA and the Perth Suburban Association to be played as a curtain raiser before an interstate match on July 14th. The P.S.A defeated the WAAFA.

Prior to the match, a scratch match was played on June 30th between teams selected from 9 players from each club. The five captains of the club comprised the selection committee.

In the Finals and Grand Final each competing club had to provide a boundary umpire & a neutral goal umpire, to be paid 5/- (50c) and 2/6 (25c) respectively.

If the ground was an enclosed League ground, clubs also had to provide a gatekeeper.

Mr R.B Henkel (Henkel Trophy) and Mr V. Davies (Alhambra Cup) donated trophies for the winner and runner up respectively of the Fairest & Best player in the competition.

The Premiers, University went through the season undefeated to win the Sandover Shield, also earning the title of Champions.

The Secretary was given an honorarium of $.10.10.0 ($20.10) for services and the typist granted $1.1.0 ($2.10) honorarium.

The proposed Smoke Social at seasons end was cancelled due to the caterers being unable to fulfill their engagement at the last minute.
