Initially Mr E.D Pym was re-elected President and Mr A.C Rose as Secretary/Treasurer but during the year at their resignations, Mr G Hearn was elected as President and Mr R.S Price as Secretary/Treasurer.

Mr W.R (Billy) Orr remained as Patron and attended the majority of the meetings and continued to be the grounds organiser.

The seven Vice-Presidents elected were Mr J Orr, Mr A.J Mettam, Mr A Sandover, Mr J Leckie, Mr H Thompson, Mr E Hiller and Mr T Dutridge.

The affiliated clubs were Commonwealth Bank (Royal blue and gold) Old Modernian (Navy blue) Postal Institute (Black) Harris Scarfe & Sandovers (Maroon) University (Gold) D & W Murray (Red).

The Gosnells Football Club requested admission to the Association but its application was denied mainly due to the lack of suitable grounds but was informed to keep in touch for later consideration.

The university ground was not yet available for use.

It was resolved that the number of “outside” registered players be increased to seven per team.

Early in August, D & W Murray notified forfeiting all the remaining matches for the season. It was resolved in September that Gosnells be admitted for the next season. A Maddington club, having been introduced by the WANFL, eventually did not apply to join the Association .

The Melbourne Metropolitan Amateur Football Association together with the South Australian Amateur Football Association wrote requesting that a triangular contest be held in 1932.

During the season it was highlighted the WA Amateur Football Association had a very fortunate season with no protests or disputes dealt with.

The Sandover Shield was awarded to Postal Institute who defeated University by the three points.
